Anti-static enclosures
Every CPU ships in an ESD-safe clamshell with conductive foam padding, dissipative tray, and humidity-indicator card.
Tamper-evident seals
Holographic security tape and serialised seal numbers logged at dispatch — any tampering is immediately visible on receipt.
Double-wall corrugate
ECT-44 double-wall outer boxes with cross-stacked corner reinforcement absorb >300 lb of edge-crush force.
Drop & shock indicators
Orders over $500 include Shockwatch labels (>10 g detection) and Tilt indicators so impacts in transit are forensically detectable.
POLICY DETAILS
Processing time
Orders placed before 14:00 EST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or on Canadian statutory holidays enter the dispatch queue on the next business day.
Insurance coverage
All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage in transit at no additional cost. Claims must be filed within 7 days of confirmed or attempted delivery, with photographs and tracking event log.
Tracking & notifications
A tracking number is emailed within 12 hours of dispatch. Real-time delivery updates are pushed to your email and account dashboard at every carrier scan event.
Address accuracy
Shipments to addresses provided incorrectly by the Customer (typos, incomplete unit numbers, wrong postal codes) are not refundable. Re-routing requests after dispatch incur a $25 carrier intercept fee.
Customs & duties
For international shipments, the recipient is the importer of record. Duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs-clearance fees are calculated by the destination country and are not included in our shipping fee.
Refused & undeliverable
Packages returned to us due to refusal, repeated delivery failure, or unpaid duties are refunded less original shipping, return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee.
Lost in transit
If a tracked shipment shows no movement for 10+ consecutive business days we open a carrier investigation. If unrecovered after 21 days from dispatch the order is fully refunded or replaced at your option.
Address restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes for orders over $500 (carrier signature required). APO/FPO addresses available for US military via USPS Priority — please contact support before ordering.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to 60+ countries. If your country is not selectable at checkout, contact support — restricted destinations are limited to those with active export-control or carrier-coverage constraints.
Will I be charged customs duties?
For international shipments outside Canada and (in some cases) the EU/UK, yes. Duties are levied by your country's customs authority based on declared value and HS classification. We declare full commercial value and do not mark shipments as gifts.
Can I split a single order across multiple addresses?
Not from the standard checkout. Place separate orders for each destination, or contact support to arrange a multi-leg shipment manually (additional handling fee may apply).
Can I change my address after dispatch?
Once a tracking number is issued, the package is in carrier custody. We can submit a carrier intercept request ($25 fee) but cannot guarantee success — most successful re-routes occur within the same metro area.
Do you offer expedited builds (pre-tested CPUs)?
Yes — our "Validated" tier ships CPUs pre-binned, POST-tested, and shipped within 48 hours with a printed validation report. Add-on at checkout for $49.
